Palkhi !!!

Hello Friends,

This is beautiful palkhi/doli which I have created for my sis wedding....

 

I upcycled an old shoe box to make this piece. This was basically made to invite her in laws by putting the first invitation letter  inside this. We could also put in some sweets. :)

Well this has a lid on top so it serves all the purpose :)

The design on the red border is done by hand using gold gel pen....Hope U all like this!!!

A Black & Red Card!!!!

Have created this card specially for Deepti Stephen's firs challenge http://catchychallenges.blogspot.in

 

The sticker is hand made and I have used small glass crystals which are coloured with glass painting colors.Below pic with focus shows the shine on the glass crystals.

The 2 patterned paper used are hand made and Sentiment is also had written.

My First Exploding Box!!!

Hello Friends,

Diwali Wishes to All of you in advance.....Well I am back after a long break!! :)

Made an Exploding Box for my Hubby's Birthday!!...
The box was created in just 2 hours put in for 2 days.. so it might not be that good.. but He was very Happy with the outcome and so am I :)

A Vintage Card!!

This is the first time I have tried my hands on a Vintage Card.Please find the pics below and do enter your valuable comments.

Have used a candle to give the effect on edges of the paper.
Sentiments are hand written and the maroon flower is also hand made.

Pink with Black &White

Have created this card specially for Indira's Guest Challenge.

The background is hand painted using oil paints.. and the flowers are punched.

The small cardstock is hand cut and sentiments are hand written.
