SMILE!!!

My Definition :The most inexpensive way to look good!!

Just stand in front of the mirror and try to frown, be angry, irritated, frustrated…. Although you are not just try…………be very aggressive making sounds ….have the anger to hit any one hard J
And now just Smile!! Which is easier?? The answer is obvious!!!!!!!!!
Its takes 72 muscles to frown and 14 to Smile :)
So why to take so much effort and strain our muscles…………
Yes you know you are happy cz you are smiling….You can Smile any time.. Now!! Now is the moment…
Smile.. Be Happy!!
Yesterday is past and tomorrow is a mystery……….Today is the best day that you have….So Smile and be grateful for this moment!!
Here is a beautiful example that Bawa(My AOL Teacher) gives:
When we think of our Past, it is full of regrets, anger and guilt- It’s a hot temperament
When we think of our Future, there is anxiety and fear- It’s a cold temperament
Imagine a Samosa- put it on stove(for heating) than fridge, than again stove than fridge, basically thanda garam, thanda garam, thanda garam….!!
What will happen to the Samosa??? Will it be in a state to be eaten??
That’s exactly what we do with our minds!!!!! Past-Future, Past Future……….and on and on…
Stop it NOW!!! Just be in this moment and be Happy!! :) SMILE:)!!!!!!!!
